Private Label Wheel Program: From Brief to Repeat Order
What a private label wheel program involves — branding points, sample approval, packaging, compliance responsibilities and how reorders stay consistent.

A private label wheel program puts your brand on a product built by someone else's factory. The work is not the logo — it is the specification you approve once and then repeat.
What can carry your brand
Center caps, laser marking on the wheel, packaging and model naming are the usual branding points. Each has a different cost and lead time impact, so decide which ones your market actually notices.
Step 1 — the brief
Send logo files in vector format where possible, brand colours or a physical sample to match, packaging expectations, target fitments and your volume plan. The clearer the brief, the fewer revisions later.
Step 2 — the specification
Construction, sizes, fitment, finishes and branding points are confirmed against your brief. This is where fitment discipline matters as much as branding: a branded wheel that does not fit is still a wheel that does not fit.
Step 3 — sample approval
A trial piece or set is produced so you can approve finish, marking and packaging in hand. Approve it against a written checklist, not from memory — that checklist becomes the reorder standard.
Step 4 — production and QC
The approved specification goes into production with inspection before packing. Ask what is documented per order so your second shipment can be compared with your first.
Step 5 — reorders
Reorders run against the approved specification, which is what keeps colour, marking and packaging consistent across shipments. Keep your approved sample; it is the reference if anything is questioned.
Compliance and responsibility
Marking, labelling and homologation requirements in your market are the importer's responsibility. The factory documents the manufacturing and inspection it performs; the importer confirms what the destination market requires.
Approve a sample, write down what you approved, and the reorder stops being a gamble.
Send your brand brief to sales and we will confirm what can be branded, and build a sample for your approval.
